Radiologists can now Navigate the Elsevier STATdx Interface With Greater Ease and Efficiency in Their Preferred Language.
Elsevier, a world-leading provider of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, today announced new user interface translations for its leading diagnostic decision support solution STATdx.
Users will now be able to select from eight different languages (other than English) to display throughout the user interface, including: Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, German, French, and Japanese. Current users of STATdx get to enjoy this new feature for free.
This new release will enable more radiologists around the world to access the wealth of information from STATdx, providing them with the option to search and browse in their native language, or one where they are most comfortable with.
World-renowned radiologist, Dr. Anne Osborn, Distinguished Professor of Radiology, William H. and Patricia W. Child Presidential Endowed Chair in Radiology, University of Utah School of Medicine, said: “I’m excited that more radiologists will now be able to use STATdx as this new feature makes it easier to navigate in many different languages.
“This provides greater convenience and reduces the amount of time needed to translate or comprehend information that is not in their first language. They can find exactly what they need with greater precision, leading to more accurate diagnosis for the patient and ultimately higher quality care.”
