Fredrickton - Once again there was winning ticket was sold for Friday night’s massive $55 million Lotto Max jackpot.
However there were four Maxmillions prizes sold.
Since its launch in September 2009, Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won over $2 billion in prizes, including 37 jackpot wins and 210 winning MAXMILLIONS tickets from all across the province.
For each $5 play, LOTTO MAX players receive three sets of seven numbers ranging from one to forty-nine. Players must match all seven numbers, in any one set, to win the jackpot and the MAXMILLIONS prizes.
Draws are held every Friday, with LOTTO MAX tickets sold until 9 p.m. (Eastern Time) on draw nights.
The jackpot for the next Lotto Max draw on Sept. 22 will now grow to a staggering $60 million, and there will be 14 Maxmillions up for grabs.
