The buyer, Univista Insurance, is a Miami based insurance company with more than 100 offices in Florida and California.

The Seller, GLF Construction Corp., built this contemporary office building in 2016. Located at the juncture of the Miami River and the Seybold Canal, with spectacular views of the Miami River, the building consists of more than 15,000 square feet on four levels, plus a parking garage.

Silverstein said, “The exceptional design of the building and irreplaceable riverfront location in Downtown Miami generated tremendous interest. Multiple offers came from companies looking to locate their corporate headquarters in Miami.”

A drone video was produced in order to highlight the Miami Riverfront premium location. According to Silverstein, “A bird’s eye view of this unique property was important in helping potential buyers fully understand its relationship to its surroundings, and where it fits into the overall environment.”
