Atlantic National Trust, a private equity firm with offices in Portland, Maine and Dallas, Texas, is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher “Topher” Stephenson to Vice President of Marketing for Atlantic and its affiliated commercial real estate investment, loan servicing, and property management companies.
Originally hired as a consultant in 2014, Stephenson was quickly brought on full-time as Marketing Manager overseeing the firm’s real estate marketing program. Since then, Stephenson has led the generation of more than $15 million in real estate sales, including $5.5 million closed in 2017 alone. In his new role, Stephenson will oversee all communications and marketing activities for Atlantic and its affiliated companies throughout the United States.

Prior to Atlantic, Stephenson worked in sales management and digital marketing for such notable brands as Red Bull North America and then-startups Mainely SEO and RescueME Water. Outside of the office, Stephenson enjoys hiking and taking advantage of Portland’s world-famous culinary scene, in addition to volunteering as Marketing Director for PROPEL, a nonprofit organization committed to promoting Maine as the place for young professionals to network, develop, and live.
Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Administration from Pennsylvania State University. A native of Kingston, Ontario, he grew up in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Portland, Maine.
