Art-On-A-Can Arts Festival to Include Gallery Walk Featuring Work of Local Fort Worth Artists

FORT WORTH, TX, November 22, 2017 — An arts festival featuring some of the funkiest, trendiest art in all of Texas is coming to the Alliance area next spring.

You won't want to miss it!

“Nothing against still-life artists,” Ron Sturgeon, local investor and developer, recently said, “But you can find their work at practically any art display in any section of the city. What we are offering on March 17th is a chance to see some incredible art by some unbelievably talented artists featuring a genre of art which rarely gets its due. We have all seen street art, walking around in downtown Fort Worth, or driving by on our way to someplace else, but this is a great opportunity to actually look at it up close and truly appreciate the talent responsible for such inspiring work.”

The Arts Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 17th, a full day of activities which Sturgeon says will be a full day of things never before seen in the Fort Worth area.

“We want this to be a one-of-a-kind experience for the whole family,” Sturgeon continued. “We have events and contests for the kids. Dogs are allowed. Parents can see the only business park in North Texas, Box Office Warehouse Suites, made entirely from shipping containers, and of course there will be some seriously good eating at this event. And don't forget our charity sponsor, the SPCA of Texas. All proceeds will go to that great organization to help them in their fight to save our furry friends from animal cruelty. Whether you like art or not, this is a must-see event for the whole family.”

Live bands, a DJ between bands, free hot dogs, a St. Patty's Day costume contest, food trucks, a free alien team based survival game inside the containers by Hangman's House of Horrors, and much, much more is on top at this truly unique event.

Box Office Warehouse Suites is located at 1953 Golden Heights Road, just north of Fort Worth in the Alliance area, off the Interstate 35 at the Golden Triangle Exit. The Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 17, 2018.

They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
