LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jan. 8, 2018 — A&R Logistics Inc. today announced that it has successfully completed a refinancing of its existing $40 million in subordinated debt with two new partners, Brookside Mezzanine Partners (“Brookside”) and Hartford Investment Management Company (“HIMCO”). This is last step in a complete refinancing of approximately $180 million of debt and reflects the markets confidence in A&R's strength and performance.
