AlphaClone Alternative Alpha ETF Announces Capital Contribution

OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 22, 2017 — Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC (“ETC”), investment adviser to the AlphaClone Alternative Alpha ETF (Ticker Symbol: ALFA) (the “Fund”), announces that the Fund's net asset value per share on December 26, 2017 will include an additional capital contribution of approximately $0.28 per share based on the Fund's net asset value per share of $42.90 on December 21, 2017. The amount is being contributed as a result of a recent error related to certain trades made for the Fund.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV), may trade at a discount or premium to NAV and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.
