As the average age at first pregnancy is increasing, women are being more proactive about keeping their eggs viable and bodies ready for pregnancy, and OvaVitae is designed to help them do just that.

We prepare our bodies to run a marathon, why wouldn’t we prepare our bodies for our most important journey?‘Uncomplicated, uncompromising nutrition’ is our slogan and our guarantee.

BOCA RATON, Fla.

Alcyon Health LLC is expanding the reach of its line of premium, research-based dietary and fertility supplements within the U.S. marketplace.

Alcyon products use the best raw ingredients, selected for greater bioavailability, potency and digestibility. Alcyon products do not contain artificial colors, fillers or other unnecessary, unhealthy excipients. Each product is made in the U.S. and undergoes stringent third-party laboratory testing to ensure safety, purity and efficacy.

Alcyon was founded in 2016 when healthcare and marketing professionals Bryan Vantell and Abbas Jamali identified a need for science-based nutritional supplements that were not misleading to consumers. Alcyon’s mission is to make advanced nutrition transparent, easy to understand and easy to consume. Based on this philosophy, Alcyon developed a line of pre-conception and fertility products.

“Fertility was the perfect focus for our first product line,” Alcyon Health advisor Angie Vantell said. “We found natural ingredients that have been clinically proven to be effective, and based on our personal experience we knew that if delivered correctly could have a huge impact for many couples.

“I remember how overwhelming and complicated it was to become pregnant, and this wasn’t something we had anticipated at all,” she continued. “We later found out that this is an increasingly common problem for many people. In fact, statistically speaking, 20 percent of couples trying to conceive will not succeed in their first year. I am excited that we developed a product that can prevent couples from seeking medical intervention prematurely, which I know personally to be a difficult process.”

Alcyon’s first women’s supplement, OvaVitae, nourishes, protects and balances the quality and overall health of the ovarian eggs, which become compromised over time due to environmental pollution, stress, hormonal imbalances and age.

As the average age at first pregnancy is increasing, women are being more proactive about keeping their eggs viable and bodies ready for pregnancy — long before they start a family — and OvaVitae is designed to help them do just that.

Alcyon’s family of products work in harmony for hopeful parents, and include: ErosVigor, which has amino acids and plant-derived ingredients used to increase circulation, stamina and strength; FerraVitae, which is Carbonyl Iron, vitamins C and B12, and folic acid to help treat anemia and iron deficiencies; OvaVitae, which is myo-inositol, naturally derived folate, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10 and antioxidants for enhanced female reproductive health and ovarian support; and LevoFertil, which is l-carnitine, lycopene, zinc and antioxidants for enhanced male reproductive health.

“We believe that parenting starts before pregnancy, so we want to help couples reach optimal health to give their baby the best start to life,” Alcyon Managing Director Bryan Vantell said. “We prepare our bodies to run a marathon, why wouldn’t we prepare our bodies for our most important journey?

“‘Uncomplicated, uncompromising nutrition’ is our slogan and our guarantee.”

Carrie Brunner grew up in a small town in northern New Brunswick. She studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married her husband one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children. Carrie writes mostly on provincial stories.
