Acrolinx Grows Leadership Team to Expand Artificial Intelligence Content Creation Platform

BOSTON, MA, November 21, 2017 — Acrolinx, the leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for enterprise content creation, today announced the addition of three new executives in Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. Christopher P. Willis joins the company as CMO, Robert Bredlau as VP Global Alliances, and Andrew Martin as VP EMEA Sales. The new team of leaders will provide strategic guidance to accelerate company growth as Acrolinx continues to help enterprises publish high-quality content that drives real business value.

Acrolinx has recently raised a new round of funding with GENUI, a Hamburg-based private equity firm. The company's technology has transformed the way more than 300 of the world's largest brands create content to drive high-performing business results. Enterprises who work with Acrolinx - including Google, Facebook, SAP, IBM, Nestle, Amazon, Volvo, and Siemens - publish content that is on-brand, on-target, and at enterprise scale.

“The company's recent management additions bring strong software backgrounds, a wealth of knowledge, and much experience to the business of successfully growing dynamic companies,” says Dr. Andrew Bredenkamp, co-founder and CEO of Acrolinx. “With enterprise demand for real and proven cognitive content solutions at an all-time high, we believe that Acrolinx is now positioned as a leader in the AI marketplace.”

A veteran CMO, Willis has been setting the marketing direction for SaaS platforms for nearly two decades. He is responsible for building a larger market presence in the US and around the world. Willis joins Acrolinx from Perfecto, where he led the organization to continued three-digit revenue growth. Prior, Willis held leadership roles in marketing, sales, and technology roles at Verivo (formerly Pyxis Mobile), ModelGolf, and KPMG-CT.

Bredlau is a strategic business development professional with over 20 years of experience. As Vice President Global Channels & Alliances, Bredlau will be responsible for the enhancement of the partner strategy and the expansion of the global partner ecosystem. Before joining Acrolinx, he developed the partner strategy of Day Software (acquired by Adobe) and led the international transformation of e-Spirit across Europe and the United States.

Martin comes to Acrolinx with a strong background in digital technology. As Vice President of EMEA Sales, Martin will be responsible for driving business growth with Europe's biggest brands. Before joining Acrolinx, he was responsible for growing the digital engagement business at Oracle. He's worked at a number of CMS and DAM vendors, most notably as VP Sales in Northern Europe where he built the Fatwire business that delivered an online presence to Europe's largest brands.
