AKRON, Ohio, Jan. 05, 2018 — A. Schulman, Inc. (Nasdaq:SHLM) announces a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.205 per common share, payable February 1, 2018, to shareholders of record on January 15, 2018.
Additionally, the Company announces the quarterly cash dividend of $15.00 per share on the 125,000 shares of the Company’s convertible special stock, payable on February 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2018.About A. Schulman, Inc.
