[2017 Global Power Brand Award] Daone Medical Nose Cure nasal irrigation Raw materials be approved FDA

Daone Medical, a specialized medical equipment company, won the 2017 Global Power Brand Award (GPBA) and the award of “Seung-jo Yang, the Chairman of the Health and Welfare Committee at the National Assembly”, with its Nose Cure, the portable nose cleaner.

Nose Cure is the product designed to ease nasal diseases and made to help easily keep nose health in daily life.

It has been approved by the Korea Food and Drug Administration(FDA) and the Korea Information Technology Center for Medical Devices and is used to relieve the symptoms of diseases such as rhinitis and chronic sinusitis.

According to Geum-bin Lim, the CEO of Daone Medical, Nose Cure is produced in Korea using only safe ingredients approved by the US FDA.

Furthermore, it can be used safely because any harmful substances such as bisphenol A (BPA), arsenic cadmium, ferrocyanide ion are not detected even if heat is applied.

Nose Cure has two features. Depending on the purpose of cleaning, it is possible to choose between ‘pressure cleaning’, which injects to the nose strongly, and ‘light cleaning’, which can smoothly wash the nose.

It is easy to manage as well. It is hygienic because it is completely dried only by putting the main body in the cradle, and it can be cleaned properly using the nozzle cleaning brush.

A company official said, “We will continue to develop products related to otorhinolaryngology, and we will become a specialized medical device company that strives to improve the health and quality of life of consumers.”

About the Author: Carrie Brunner

Carrie Brunner grew up in a small town in northern New Brunswick. She studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married her husband one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children. Carrie writes mostly on provincial stories.
