Veteran-Owned Startup Partners with Leading Employment Website ZipRecruiter™ to Translate Military Experience into a Civilian Career

LAS VEGAS, NV – 11-08-2018 (PRDistribution.com) — Employ Excellence launches new platform to help streamline transitioning military veterans into the civilian workforce.

Employ Excellence, a new veteran-owned tech startup today announces the launch of its platform that seeks to better streamline the process for military veterans transitioning into civilian life, beginning with an automated employment service that matches Veterans with available job opportunities.

The Employ Excellence platform translates a Veteran’s military occupational specialty (MOS) code into relevant civilian job titles, then automatically searches thousands of current job listings via its partnership with ZipRecruiter™ to instantly deliver the most relevant matches. The service is offered at no cost to the Veteran.

The company’s mission is to develop a centralized and automated digital pipeline for the nearly 375,000 currently unemployed Veterans as well as the roughly 250,000 Veterans transitioning out of active duty into the civilian workforce each year. The launch of this MOS Translator with the real time matching of employment opportunities represents the first phase of the Employ Excellence platform. Innovative features will soon follow, including the ability for employers and recruiters to be automatically matched to qualified candidates by comparing listed job requirements and a Veteran’s military experience plus any additional skills acquired through military or prior civilian experience.

Resume writing services will also be made possible via a special partnership between Employ Excellence and TopResume™ to offer exclusively discounted military resume writing services tailored specifically for transitioning military service members.

“We are working to build a fully veteran-centric hub that aligns the interests of all stakeholders in a way that does not exist today,” remarks the company’s founder, RJ Beavers, “We are building a 360-degree transitioning ecosystem, not just a static list of links, with the intent to close the gap between the fractured system that currently exists between the public and private sectors for transitioning Veterans entering the civilian workforce that often fails to provide clear and adequate services to Veterans, leaving them questioning the process without delivering real results. Employ Excellence will lead the way to fix this broken system.”
