Weiss Analytics and Home123 forms exclusive marketing partnership to offer its Weiss Residential index to the realtor segment. Allan Weiss, who is well known for his econometric modeling (co-founder and former CEO of Case Shiller Weiss) has created a unique approach that goes beyond Metropolitan Statistical Areas or Zip Codes. Weiss’ database of most of the homes in America along with proprietary algorithms, can be a powerful valuation tool for the housing industry.

Weiss Analytics and Home123 will offer its Insights product specifically to the realtor market segment. Many realtors understand the importance of prospective real estate prices as part of the buy-sell–decision process.
