Golf is one of the few sports in which fans play the game most of their life. The unique digital experience allows passionate golfers to engage at higher levels and compete against one another in a whole new way.

TDJ Systems, LLC’s new app TDJ Golf will be introducing a new type of fantasy league where users are players on their own fantasy team. Users draft pros from PGA Tour events for their team, in addition to competing against similarly skilled players from across the country as they play their regular rounds of golf.

Developed by a father and son team, the lifetime golfers created the concept for the app with an informed vision and raw passion for the sport. They wanted their app to fuse together the experiences of Pros and Amateurs alike, connecting golfers to each other to increase engagement – resulting in golfers playing more rounds and following the professional Tours more closely. This unique and innovative approach is good for the golfer, great for golf facility partners and an important step for the golf business.

“Golf is one of the few sports in which fans play the game most of their life,” says Tony Laudato, President of TDJ Golf. “The unique digital experience allows passionate golfers to engage at higher levels and compete against one another in a whole new way.”

Upon registration with their GHIN handicap number, users are immediately eligible for both regional and national leagues. The points earned by the user and their drafted pros in their respective tournaments are added together to drive users’ nationwide rankings and earn rewards. The leagues combine the best of fantasy golf and golfer’s play rounds with friends and fellow competitors.

TDJ Golf additionally provides a tournament designer specifically tailored to both Private and Public Golf Clubs. Through TDJ Golf, Club Pros can create custom, virtual Pro-Am tournaments for their golfers. This provides a low-cost, low-effort means to increase revenue and enhance the overall level of satisfaction of their golfers; problems faced by many courses today.

TDJ Golf’s goal is to enhance the sport for players from all backgrounds and walks of life. The creators of the app are confident their product will provide long-term enjoyment for all golfers and attract an entirely new and digitally connected generation to the sport.

TDJ Golf will be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play marketplaces in early 2018.

They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children.
