Each contributor provides their best advice, and together they form a financial team of experts that include a financial advisor, CPA, real estate professional, estate planner, attorney and insurance agent.

Los Angeles, CA – Award-winning financial advisor Eszylfie Taylor joins a group of leading professionals in the new multi-author book called, Ask the Experts, The Unique Benefits of Working with Top Professionals. The publishing date for the book is December 2017 and it is made up of chapters featuring top experts in the fields of finance, real estate, lending, insurance, legal, and estate planning. Taylor shares his expertise along with the other contributors, and his chapter focuses on what it really takes to have a solid financial foundation.

Taylor has long been frustrated that colleges don’t teach fundamental financial principles to students, and he thinks this book is a great way to get that message out. “At no point in their education process are students exposed to the best practices when it comes to making sound financial decisions, so they enter the ‘real world’ and begin their careers not knowing what to do.” Taylor says, “They either get lucky, or more times than not, people make poor decisions that cost them a lot of money and headaches.”

The book offers insights into the financial and real estate industries and gives readers the knowledge they need to ask the right questions and make the right decisions when dealing with complex financial matters.

“Your layperson out there is financially illiterate when it comes to understanding the nuances of insurance, investments, tax planning, real estate, and the like,” said Taylor. Not because they’re not smart and not because they don’t have access, but because there is so much information and so many convoluted ideologies out there that people don’t know where to start.”

He further explained, “Someone who’s graduated college up to age 30 has different objectives than someone who is age 30 to 45, someone who’s 45 to 60, or someone who’s 60 and older. Speak to people on their level. If nothing else, give them resources in a manner that is palatable that they can learn and put into practice. I don’t know that there is anything like that in the marketplace.”

The book is due to be released December 15, 2017. To learn more about Eszylfie Taylor, visit

About the Author: Carrie Brunner

Carrie Brunner grew up in a small town in northern New Brunswick. She studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married her husband one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children. Carrie writes mostly on provincial stories.
